Are Trial Softwares feature restricted?
»   Trial softwares are not feature restricted but, restricted by the limit of their transactions/usage. The trial softwares, upon registration will have same features without transactions/usage restrictions.

I am interested in particular software, how to buy?
»   To buy any of our products, you need to provide the Product ID, Name and Contact Number and the necessary payments details that you have made, to info@proinfocus.com. Once the payment is confirmed, you will receive the Product Registration Key which will unlock the software for Licensed and Full Use.

How to pay for the softwares?
»   At present we accept only Cheques, Demand Draft and Bank Transfer. In order to make the payment through Cheque (AT-PAR Cheques Only) or Demand Draft, draw it in the name of PROINFOCUS payable at Gulbarga and courier it to the following address:

Do I get Updates for the softwares?
»   Yes, software updates are available either through Automatic Update or from the Website. You can download and update your software, as and when they are available.

Is there any charge for Updates?
»   No, software updates are available for free of cost.

How about software support?
»   All software will have 1 year free online support from the date of purchase. Subsequently, you need to buy AMC subscription in order to get the support of the software. Please get in touch with us, to know more about the AMC.

Why do I need to buy SMS Credits when the software is offered for Free?
»   Proinfocus Address Book 2010 is offered Free of Cost. But, in order to send SMS using Address Book, you need to buy SMS Credits and a Sender ID of 8 characters which will be displayed on the receivers phone when you send SMS instead of your Mobile Number. SMS are bought from third party service providers who charge us and therefore we need to charge our customers. It is optional and you could use all other features, absolutely free except sending SMS.

I need to test sending SMS using Proinfocus Address Book 2010. Can I get few SMS Credits as sample?
»   Yes, you can get upto 25 SMS Credits on request. These SMS Credits will be sent with Sender ID as PIFABOOK. These are provided for test purpose only and not for any other marketing and/or promotional usage. All you need to do is register yourself using Registration Link. You will receive a SMS with Verification Code on your registered mobile number within 24 hours.
